I have some tasks for you to complete by Monday am. I will be very disappointed in you all if you fail. Please try your very best, here goes:
1) listen to one of Beethoven's piano sonata's, if you want you could listen to all 32 but that would take about 10 hours. Extra credits will be given for more than 1.
2) sleep until your body is ready to wake up. Turn off all alarms.
3) take 10 minutes to sit and watch people, talking, walking and just being together.
4) walk somewhere rather than drive at least once.
5) listen more than you talk.
6) cook some one a meal, even if it's just yourself. ( sorry kk)
7) finally do the one thing that you consider to be pampering.

I did number two this very morning, I do number three practically all the time, the same with number four, I cooked myself and my sister dinner last night and I am pampering myself right now by lazing on the couch watching the Ryder Cup on the teevee. Happy days!
This is a great list. I'll do what I can! The one tricky part will be doing what I consider pampering--for me, pampering myself is NOT cooking a meal for someone else!! But I'll see what I can do!

Ok, I'll work on 1 tonight. 2 I did yesterday! 3 i did in the dr. office waiting room. 4 I walked Carly. 5 I'm a great listener. 6 ugh, not gonna happen. But you knew that! 7 I went to a movie and took a nap, oh so pampering! That's pretty good, right?

A- for everyone. I managed all but the pampering.
Guess I did most of that during the weekend, except for the classical music.. prefer the romantic music of Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole.
